Our pre-employment checks include:
- Candidate’s original CV
- Application pack (includes personal details, declaration of criminal convictions, declaration of professional misconduct, disclosure of information and confidentiality agreement, data consent form, health declaration and equal opportunities)
- Right to work
- Proof of address
- Proof of National Insurance number
- Face to face interview
- 2 professional references minimum
- Enhanced DBS renewed every 12 months unless on the update service (for social care)
- Certificates of training and qualifications.
